Cinthya Guillen is a photographer living and working in Southern California. Her work aims to confront socially constructed ideas around space and identity. She has been featured in various photographic platforms including Filmphotographic and Snapshot Galleria and was listed as one of Format's Most Innovative Photographers Working in Black & White.

Her current project, Coming Into Fatherhood, aims to bring forward conversations about the meaning of family.

As part of her artistic mission to capture narratives that often go unseen and untold, she is part of Paradise Archive- a collective of and for women of color who still shoot photographic film.
